Position: Quality Auditor & Educator (LISW/LPCC/LSW/LPC REMOTE-OHIO ONLY) Quality Auditor & Educator (LISW/LPCC/RN/LSW/LPC REMOTE-OHIO RESIDENTS ONLY) LISW/LPCC/RN Full Time At Via Quest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions we offer unique and individualized care to children, adolescents, adults, the aging population, those with developmental disabilities and those suffering from extreme trauma. Responsibilities may include: • Identify and provide recommendations to policies and procedures. • Assist with development, implementation and ongoing analysis of process improvement reporting and systems. • Assist in the ongoing preparation and required compliance for CARF accreditation reviews. • Participate and assist with CEU Committee and ensure that licensed staff trainings are provided. • Participate in federal, state and local trainings to keep apprised on regulatory changes. • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews as assigned and scheduled. • Track all Quality Assurance reviews, monitoring for trends, identifying training needs and monitoring plans of correction. Requirements for this position include: • LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC or RN in Ohio. • Quality assurance experience in a related field is preferred. • Strong communication skills and organized. • Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. • Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
