Description: The Workday Application Analyst utilizes expertise as an application expert to provide IT support to Marshall Medical Center's finance department. Improve workflow associated with HRIS. Provides ongoing development and defined technical support of payroll and finance activities associated with ERP. Provides training and educational needs associated with the use of these systems. Functions with significant discretion, independent judgment and under minimal supervision. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related analytics field preferred. Previous experience in Information technology field strongly preferred. 3+ years experience in implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining of ERP systems. Experience with Workday specifically, including functional processes and business rules. System limitations and security roles highly desired. Experience with web-based content management systems required. Strong working knowledge of statistical analysis and trending required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, macros, tables and reports required. General knowledge of various disciplines within an organization, including finance, healthcare and other operations. Intermediate (75%) proficiency in Windows, Excel and Word software programs required. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to complete a multitude of tasks and assignments quickly and efficiently required. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required. Demonstrated ability to identify gaps in processes and recommend corrective actions required. Exceptional research and troubleshooting aptitudes and able to work with minimal supervision required. Ability to prioritize and follow through to meet deadlines and achieve desired results required. Strong project management skills required.
