Sr. US Recruiter – Defense and Aerospace Background (India, Remote)

Sr. US Recruiter Defense and Aerospace Background (India, Remote) Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. (www.stage4solutions.com) is a fast-growing staffing firm focused on filling Marketing, Technology, and Operations roles with primarily technology companies and Government agencies. We are based in Santa Clara, CA, with offices in NJ, AZ, OH, and FL. We have continued to grow and need to expand our recruiting team to meet our clients' demands. The recruiter is responsible for understanding each job requirement, assessing applicants who apply to the role, and sourcing candidates on our internal ATS (Ceipal), Indeed, and LinkedIn. This is a full-time job; 40 40-hour per week remote role as an independent consultant, based in India. Must work in US business hours: EST, CST, MST, or PST. Responsibilities: • Learn Stage 4 Solutions' recruiting process and Ceipal (ATS). • Work with an account manager to understand the client's needs for the job. • Review all candidates who apply and assess skills/compensation needs against client needs. • Source candidates on internal ATS (Ceipal), Indeed, and LinkedIn. • Schedule interviews for the candidate with Stage 4 Solutions' Account Managers. Requirements: • 5+ years of recruiting experience with US-based Defense and Aerospace clients, direct clients and MSP clients. • Experience with US recruiting, MUST. • Experience with ATS systems, MUST. • Results-oriented; aggressive with a strong desire to succeed. • Process-oriented. • Bachelor's degree.
