Sourcing Specialist - Network, Facilities Management and Construction

About the position Responsibilities • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve the best total value. • Manage the seven steps of the sourcing process including Spend analysis, Market Research, Supplier Due Diligence, Sourcing Strategy, RFX Management, Bid Analysis and Contract Management. • Create sourcing strategies for materials and services. • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and core competencies. • Perform analysis of financial and business data related to supplier proposals. • Support development and management of cross-functional teams. • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers at Senior Management level. • Execute supplier relationship management activities for key assigned suppliers. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience. Nice-to-haves • Ability to draft the Statement of works/Master agreements/Amendments independently. • Experience in Ariba, SAP, Google Suite & Microsoft Suite applications. • Willingness to work a flexible shift to meet project completion requirements. • Willingness to continuously learn new tools, solutions, and emerging technologies. • Ability to lead meetings/conference calls and give presentations to large audiences. • Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting tools and ability to develop measurable insights from data.
