We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to join our team as a remote worker in the USA. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will play a crucial role in delivering moderate to complex projects supporting HR programs and enhancements, with a focus on North American Payroll. Job Summary: In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in processes and functionality for the HRIS North American Payroll system. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, documenting and facilitating approvals for functional design, performing unit, system, end-to-end, and regression testing, and facilitating UAT signoff and cutover to production. You will also analyze and troubleshoot payroll-related issues, assess and test tax updates, and test/validate loads into the Payroll system to support payroll cycles. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT activities to ensure effective utilization of information technology and meet business strategy and cost objectives Provide support to business management in organizing and managing the working relationship between IS and business projects and daily operations Plan and deliver HRIS projects approved by upper management, ensuring deadlines are met and critical issues are raised in a timely manner Create query reports as needed for testing or business solutions Test new functionality/components, including creating test scripts through system, regression, and user acceptance testing Provide business/application analysis around new functionality and maintain/configure core PeopleSoft tables as needed for enhancements Deliver quality solutions on time and within budget, and develop and maintain documentation to transition enhancements to support Requirements: BS/BA degree required, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or MIS/Computer Science 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM, with a strong knowledge of PeopleSoft North American Payroll and supporting functionality Project management experience is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle and maintain confidential information Strong customer service commitment and excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business professionals What We Offer: Remote work opportunity in the USA Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a leading HRIS system and contribute to the success of our organization Apply Now or contact us at /973.295.4561 for more information.
