We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in a contract role, working remotely with a leading full-service medical center. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in organizing and processing time records, responding to inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll data. Key Responsibilities: Process and review time records, responding to related inquiries in a timely and professional manner Verify wage and employment information, responding to requests and ensuring compliance with regulations Review KRONOS reports to validate data prior to payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Enter pay and employee demographic information into the payroll system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies Requirements: High school diploma, certificate of completion, GED, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll functions, tax, and fringe benefits General knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $30.00 per hour Opportunity to work with a leading medical center, making a meaningful impact on the lives of others Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of experienced professionals Ascendo is a certified minority-owned staffing firm, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
