Remote Bookkeeper / Specialist (Flexible Hours) Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly accurate and detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to join our team. In this flexible, fully remote role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and experienced in bookkeeping best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Record and categorize financial transactions (income, expenses, bank transactions, etc.) • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts regularly • Maintain general ledger and ensure books are up to date • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Requirements: • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or similar) • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Reliable internet connection and a secure remote workspace Preferred Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Familiarity with cloud-based document sharing and collaboration tools • Experience working remotely or with distributed teams • Understanding of payroll, sales tax, or multi-entity bookkeeping (a plus) What We Offer: • 100% remote work with flexible scheduling • Competitive hourly rate or salary (commensurate with experience) • Supportive and collaborative team environment Apply Job!
