JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description About Us: We are a dedicated team of bookkeepers who specialize in delivering daily and monthly accounting services for property management companies across the U.S. Our mission is to provide seamless, accurate, and timely financial management that helps our clients focus on what they do best—managing properties. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper with proficiency in AppFolio to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AppFolio’s property management software and be confident in bank reconciliations, troubleshooting accounting entries, and managing direct client communications. This role is fully remote and requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
