About the position Responsibilities • Perform residential cleaning tasks in teams. • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. • Utilize provided cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. • Engage with customers and promote tipping through the TCA phone app. • Participate in ongoing training and skill development. • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members. Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old. • Valid Driver's License and car with insurance required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail in residential cleaning. • Willingness to learn and adapt to specific cleaning standards. • Ability to be on feet all day and perform light lifting (less than 15 pounds). Nice-to-haves • Experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. • A positive attitude and team player mentality.
