We're looking for talented professionals who can own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing top candidates to facilitating smooth communication between clients and job seekers. What You’ll Do: • Source top talent using your own tools, platforms, and strategies (job boards, resume databases, ATS, etc.) • Coordinate all candidate communications, acting as the single point of contact between the client and the candidate • Manage your own workflow, pipeline, and schedule — total autonomy • Provide clear, timely updates and maintain transparent communication throughout the recruitment process • Build relationships with both candidates and clients to drive long-term success What You Need: • Proven experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, freelance, or a mix) • Residency in one of our approved 30+ countries • Ownership of recruitment tools: job boards, resume databases, ATS, etc. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your time and output independently • Truly remote — work from your couch, a beach, a café… anywhere with Wi-Fi • Earn up to 65% commission per placement — the more you close, the more you make • Flexible hours — work when you’re most productive • No micromanagement — you're the boss of your recruiting desk If you’re looking for the freedom to recruit on your own terms while earning industry-leading commissions, we’d love to hear from you.
