Corporate Banking New Markets Tax Credit Portfolio and Asset Manager

Description: • Responsible for all aspects of underwriting, compliance, portfolio management, and accounting related to NMTC program. • Monitoring program compliance of industry partners and community impacts. • Prepares underwriting memorandum for new NMTC investments. • Assists in review of pre-closing, closing, and exit documents. • Reviews the Flow of Funds and coordinates internally. • Prepares sub-allocation and QEI designation paperwork. • Reviews flexible terms and conditions memorandums. • Collects QALICB & CDE certifications. • Maintains current risk ratings for portfolio. • Assists with post-closing portfolio investment issues.
