Role : AWS Connect Consultant Location : Remote Experience : 12+ Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions . Develop contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and IVR solutions in AWS Connect. Integrate AWS Connect with CRM systems, chatbots, APIs, and third-party applications . Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, and CloudWatch for automation and analytics. Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions. Optimize call routing, reporting, and analytics to improve customer experience. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AWS Connect implementations. Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and provide production support. Create and maintain technical documentation and best practice guidelines. Stay updated on AWS Connect and AWS ecosystem enhancements . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3 6 years of experience in cloud-based contact center solutions. Hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect configuration and development . Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch). Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Node.js, or Java) for integrations. Knowledge of API development, REST/SOAP, and microservices architecture . Familiarity with contact center operations, IVR design, and CTI integrations . AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate ) preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
