Zapier Expert Needed: Full FreshBooks–QuickBooks Online Sync (Invoices, Payments, Customers)

We’re looking for an experienced Zapier specialist to set up a complete, detailed integration between FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online via Zapier.com. ✅ What we need: 1️⃣ Invoices: Import all invoices from FreshBooks into QuickBooks, starting from a specific date. Each invoice must be recreated line by line — including: All items/products/services Quantities, rates, taxes, discounts Accurate customer info Matching invoice numbers & dates The invoice total in QuickBooks must exactly match FreshBooks. 2️⃣ Payments: Import all payments from FreshBooks into QuickBooks. Include payment method (credit card, check, ACH, cash, etc.). Correct payment dates and apply payments to the right invoices. Handle partial payments correctly. 3️⃣ Customers: Any new customers in FreshBooks should be automatically created in QuickBooks. For existing customers, each sync must lookup by customer name and map to the exact customer in QuickBooks — no duplicates. 4️⃣ Testing: Everything must be built and tested in test accounts first — verify that no duplicates, missing data, or mismatches occur. Only after testing will we connect to our live accounts. 5️⃣ Deliverables: Complete, documented Zaps with clear triggers, filters, actions, and mapping logic. Best practice advice for stable, ongoing syncing. Smooth handover and optional support if needed after launch.
