YouTube Video Editor & Channel Manager for Faceless Online Business Channel (Long-Term, $500/Month)

I’m launching a brand-new faceless YouTube channel in the online business / make money online niche. The channel will focus on topics like entrepreneurship, digital marketing, mindset, and avoiding common pitfalls in building an online business. I will provide the scripts. You’ll turn them into engaging, high-retention videos that resonate with people looking to grow online. Responsibilities: Consistently produce 2 faceless YouTube videos per week (6–12 minutes each). Record voiceovers using ElevenLabs (required). Edit videos with strong pacing, visuals, and engagement hooks. Add background music, sound effects, and captions (copyright-free). Design high-quality thumbnails that drive clicks. Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for SEO. Upload videos and manage scheduling. Track performance (CTR, retention, watch time) and suggest improvements. Requirements: Proven experience editing YouTube videos (portfolio required). Familiarity with faceless YouTube formats and retention strategies. Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Thumbnail design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar). Experience with YouTube SEO and channel management. Access to and ability to use ElevenLabs for voiceovers. Reliable delivery of 2 videos per week, every week. Preferred Skills (Not required but a plus): Knowledge of YouTube algorithm and content trends. Storytelling and pacing expertise. Experience adding captions. Budget: $300–$500 per month (per batch of 10 videos total). Fixed monthly retainer.
