Workflow Automation Specialist with Zapier, n8n, and Make.com

We are looking for an experienced automation expert who can help us streamline operations by designing and implementing advanced workflows using Zapier, n8n, and Make.com. Your role will be to connect our tools, eliminate manual processes, and create scalable automations that improve efficiency across the business. What you’ll do: Plan and deliver automation projects from start to finish with clear timelines. Build robust workflows in Zapier, n8n, and Make.com to automate critical processes. Integrate multiple platforms such as CRMs, email marketing tools, scheduling apps, and databases using APIs and webhooks. Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations to ensure smooth operation. Document workflows and provide SOPs for easy replication and future use. What we’re looking for: Proven experience building complex automations with Zapier, n8n, and Make.com. Strong understanding of APIs, conditional logic, and data mapping. Experience working with CRMs like Zoho, Pipedrive, or HubSpot. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results on time.
