Weekend On-Call Scheduler- Johnstown

Overview Experienced Scheduler needed to coordinate home care visits Weekends ONLY Part Time - Saturday& Sunday 2:30pm-8pm (this position will work from home) Must live in the Johnstown, PA area Seniors At Home provides in-home care to elderly patients. To help fulfill this mission, Seniors At Home is seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and fast thinking Scheduler to join it's team. The Scheduler will schedule and coordinate Member Assistants for in-home visits. The Scheduler must have excellent organizational and communication skills to be able to juggle multiple in-coming phone calls. The Scheduler will manage many different patient needs and scheduling requirements to ensure all home care visits are provided. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: • Responding to Member Assistant requests to call off shifts and finding adequate staff replacements to fill the open shifts. • Communicating schedule changes to in-home caregivers • Monitoring daily schedules to ensure all members receive their scheduled care/services • Scheduling fill-in Member Assistants based on time-off requests Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent GED, one year's experience with scheduling, and computer competency are required for this role.
