WE24 Conference Network Performance Summer 2025 Internship

About the position Responsibilities • Participate in projects related to 5G technology and network performance optimization. • Engage in radio frequency design and network functions virtualization (NFV). • Utilize software-defined networking (SDN) principles in practical applications. • Conduct business analytics and programming tasks using Java, Python, Wireshark, and Splunk. • Work with data warehousing tools, including SQL and database query tools. • Collaborate with team members using Grafana (Prometheus) and GitHub. Requirements • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields. • Good academic standing with a completion date between December 2026 and June 2028. • Ability to participate in a full-time hybrid internship from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025. • Confirmed attendance at the WE24 Conference from October 24-26, 2024. • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship. • Coursework or demonstrated experience in waveforms and radio frequency spectrum. Nice-to-haves • Demonstrated strong written and communication skills. • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. • Knowledge of filters and signal modulation. • Familiarity with WIFI, wireless, or modern communication networks. • Understanding of radio signal propagation. • Knowledge of electromagnetics and optics.
