Role Overview The VP of Finance will be a key, hands-on leader guiding financial strategy while enabling business growth at scale. This role will oversee all financial operations and serve as a critical business partner to the executive team. Once here, you will Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives Lead investor relations and due diligence processes Build scalable financial systems and processes that can accommodate rapid growth Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the organization Provide strategic guidance on unit economics, growth investments, and capital allocation Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions and partners Direct the accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions Lead financial risk management in collaboration with compliance initiatives Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on business operations and growth opportunities Lead financial risk management in collaboration with compliance initiatives What we are looking for 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a senior finance role at a high-growth startup Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred Experience scaling finance organizations and operations through different growth stages Experience building financial systems, processes, and teams from the ground up Proven track record of investor relations management Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate financial insights into business decisions Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences Corporate development experience is a plus Atomic is an equal opportunity employer that values the benefits of diversity and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
