Key Responsibilities…

Personalized Learning: Understand and assess each student’s unique needs, creating a nurturing and motivating learning environment tailored to their individual goals.

Instructional Excellence: Plan, implement, and evaluate classroom activities, ensuring that students engage in meaningful learning experiences.

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the Class Teacher and Lead Teacher to align educational strategies and support students’ overall development.

Family Engagement: Regularly communicate with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and offering recommendations to enhance learning at home.

Innovative Tools: Utilize special tools and equipment to create an engaging and dynamic virtual learning experience for all students.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education is required, with a Master’s Degree preferred.

Certification: Must hold current state certification in Special Education, or be eligible to obtain certification in Colorado.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a school setting is required, with a preference for those who have virtual teaching experience.
