What is Required (Qualifications):
– Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
– Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
– Reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps Upload
