High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience with multi-speaker or market research transcription is preferred. • Familiar with tools like Express Scribe or Otter.ai. • Excellent grammar, listening, and 60+ WPM typing speed. • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
