We're currently looking for a Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join the team — someone who’s ready to bring their skills, ideas, and energy to the table. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. Managing client relationships and being a go-to resource for their tax needs. Supervising and mentoring junior staff and seniors. Leading tax planning projects and identifying new opportunities for clients. Researching and resolving complex tax issues. Participating in client meetings and communicating tax concepts clearly and simply. Managing deadlines and keeping projects moving smoothly. What We're Looking For CPA license (or actively pursuing it). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s in Taxation is a plus. 5+ years of public accounting tax experience (for Tax Senior) or 5+ years (for Tax Manager). Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws. Comfortable with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar). Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. Someone who can prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
