Implemented system enhancements, installations, and operational walkthroughs, while collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver audit-ready, compliant solutions. Resolved complex payment processing and authorization issues, improving transaction success rates and customer experience. Delivered seamless integration with host systems and third-party gateways, developed low-maintenance, reliable code, and provided technical documentation and training for stakeholders.
