SVP Product Houses & Segments

Lumen is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), Product responsible for shaping and executing the product vision across Fabric Infrastructure, Services and Solutions, and driving innovation in a digital environment. The role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities and product execution. This position will be critical to achieving Lumen’s North Star of exceptional customer experiences, accelerated innovation, and valuable long-term value. Requirements 15+ years of product leader experience in Enterprise and Hyperscaler segments, preferably in cloud, data, or AI domains or related fields. Experience in product management (within NaaS, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Cloud Platforms). Experience in delivering UIs for consumption of digital services or delivering value through Marketplaces is mandatory. 10+ years of high-level leadership experience in managing and growing product teams. Proficient knowledge of managed services best practices, industry trends, and technologies, especially in the areas of Management and Consulting, and AI Ops. Strong understanding of customer needs, challenges, and expectations. Deep expertise in managed services, cybersecurity, UX, and agile product development.
