Senior Site Selection and Acquisition Manager

Stream Data Centers is seeking a Senior Site Selection and Acquisition Manager to develop the location strategy, run the site selection process, negotiate land acquisition contracts, and conduct due diligence to acquire sites and grow the data center portfolio. Requirements 8+ years of experience in site selection, project management, and/or the development of data centers, renewable energy, real estate, or other large infrastructure or capital projects Advanced degree or practical experience in one of the following disciplines preferred: Business/Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or Law Experience leading complex projects with large, cross-functional teams (e.g. internal staff, consultants, vendors, government officials, external stakeholders, etc.) Ability to work independently, think creatively, and deliver results with limited direction Top-notch negotiation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Detail oriented Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability (and desire) to travel up to 50% of the time Benefits Annual bonus Benefits Flexible time off (vacation) 401k Various other perks and benefits Originally posted on Himalayas
