Senior Human Services Recruiter

Overview: The Senior Human Services Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, on-boarding, and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods. The Senior Recruiter is a team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. They will be responsible for consulting with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency based interviewing, monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process. The Senior Recruiter should have recent exposure to iCIMS as their ATS. The Senior Recruiter works with area academic institutions and community organizations to form pipelines of candidates to fill current and future positions. They help develop and implements strategies developed by the Recruiting Team to make process improvements within the Recruiting Team. The Senior Recruiter could recruit for positions within our Corporate Office as well for human services professionals including clinicians, nurses, and program managers throughout VInfen's Massachusetts footprint. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field required. 5+ years recruiting for human services or similar organizations. Demonstratable working knowledge of iCIMS and various Microsoft applications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Pay Range: USD $58,000.00 - USD $64,000.00 /Yr. Apply Job!
