Senior Financial Analyst – M&A / PE / VC

Job Description: • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment and strategic projects • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, interpreting complex data into actionable insights • Prepare detailed spreadsheets, balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports • Create high-quality client presentations in PowerPoint to communicate strategies and recommendations • Support financial reporting and internal documentation • Collaborate on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions • Apply a basic legal understanding of corporate and international structures in analyses • Partner closely with the CEO to provide commercial insights and strategic input Requirements: • Degree/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 5+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Venture Capital • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling • Strong grasp of accounting principles, balance sheets, and P&L statements • Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint • Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting • Commercially minded with strong business acumen • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable with the highest integrity Benefits: • Flexible working hours • Remote work options • Professional development opportunities Apply tot his job
