Senior Financial Analyst- HYBRID

This global, publicly traded company has been a leader in its industry for more than a century, with consistent year-over-year growth and even more expansion on the horizon as they move into 2026. In this role, you’ll have high visibility across the business, work closely with leadership, and be a trusted partner in delivering the financial insights that steer strategy and impact decisions. Candidates must be local to the Twin Cities metro- this is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 remote days) REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field (required) • MBA or CPA (preferred, not required) • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with ERP and BI tools a plus • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and provide actionable insights • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Must have experience supporting marketing and R&D teams Apply tot his job
