Senior Financial Analyst, Google Cloud Solutions - Unlock Your Potential in Cloud Finance

Job Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Google Cloud Solutions team, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions. As a key member of our Finance team, you'll leverage your expertise in financial planning and analysis, data modeling, and statistical techniques to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Own key deliverables of business analytics, sales compensations, commissions, incentives, and programs to ensure efficient coordination and execution between systems and process owners Develop and present business insights to Finance and Sales leaders on business generation and booking performance, sales representatives attainment and payout ratios, and benchmark analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model costs, evaluate GTM strategy effectiveness, and provide guidance on short-term and long-term goals Drive long-range plan and annual operating plan process for the Go-To-Market (GTM) for sales bonus and play a critical role in setting the cloud plan Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree Experience with SQL, mathematical modeling, and data analysis Preferred experience with coding, scripting, and algorithm fairness, as well as expertise in statistical modeling techniques and data visualization What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $132,000-$196,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits Opportunity to work with a leading cloud solutions provider and contribute to the development of innovative financial models and strategies Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise How to Apply: If you're a motivated and talented financial analyst looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
