Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Description: • Liftoff seeks a talented Senior Financial Analyst for the FP&A team. • Operate monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes. • Support headcount planning and data-driven decision making. • Prepare financial review packages for management and the Board. • Build and maintain financial models for insights and recommendations. • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc research and analysis. • Work with leaders to review and finalize financial metrics. • Partner with teams to understand data structures and automate metrics. Requirements: • 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, business operations or related fields. • Robust financial modeling experience, ideally in Tech or high growth industries. • Strong systems aptitude and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace. • Experience with NetSuite and EPM tools like Pigment, Oracle, or Anaplan preferred. • Strong analytical and critical thinking; can communicate complex concepts. • Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. • Superb communication skills; effectively manages relationships with stakeholders. • History of cross-functional work with strong relationship management & collaboration. • Bachelor’s Degree (MBAs invited; CFA/CPA a plus).
