Job Description We are seeking a Part-time/Full-time Senior Accountant as a Consultant on a Weekly basis. Consultant or full-time Employees would need to come to Office Location. No remote work allowed. Office located in Bethesda Maryland. Requires experience in the use of SAGE Accounting System. Experience with Government Contracts required. The Work description includes: Commercial Building Management Accounting System: 1) Prepare Monthly Accounting Records 2) Prepare General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Account Receivables and all Modules of the Accounting System, on Sage System 3) Review the accounting entries previously made in the Sage Accounting System in the last couple of Years and continue. 4) Prepare on TURBO Tax Software Program, the draft annual Tax Returns Requires 5-8 Years of Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Experience with Sage System required. Experience with Accounting Systems – SAGE, Microsoft Suite Software, Excel, etc Qualifications · Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. · The ability to work independently and manage multiple leases and requirements thereof · Proficient with the Sage Accounting Software System. · Proficient with Microsoft suite of productivity software. · Written and verbal communication skills. · Organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work well under pressure · Problem-solving skills, analytical skills and ability to think creatively. · Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
