SAP Ariba Specialist

This is a remote position. About our client: Our client is a professional management consultancy and IT services provider, focused on delivering creative and innovative digital solutions. What you will be doing: Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Ariba solutions (Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Manage integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA). Support and troubleshoot issues within Ariba applications and resolve them promptly. Ensure best practices for procurement processes within the SAP Ariba platform. Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation. Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing). Work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain system performance and enhancements. Generate reports and dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs and compliance. Stay updated with new SAP Ariba features, patches, and releases. What our client is looking for: A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (IT, Business, Supply Chain Management, etc.) SAP Ariba certification is an advantage. 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
