Duties:
– Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns related to Home Goods products at Walmart
– Utilize sales techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales
– Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer information
– Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable Home Goods products
– Conduct outbound calling to promote special offers and new products
– Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with customers
– Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed
– Demonstrate upselling skills to increase sales revenue
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
– Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
– Ability to analyze customer preferences and offer tailored solutions
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is advantageous
