Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Ensure timely acknowledgement of incoming service authorizations, assigning authorizations to correct program site, and communication with service coordination via scomm in Therap billing portal. • Enter all billing information and reconcile payment has been received. • Monitor Medicaid eligibility and provide weekly reports. • Monitor accounts receivable aging report. • Perform accounts receivable reconciliation on a monthly basis. • Assist in gathering and compiling data to generate monthly reports. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • One to three years billing or related experience required • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software • Knowledge of Therap Billing Software, and MobileCaregiver+ • Knowledge of DHHS (Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services) guidelines and IDD Waiver Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements • Lifting up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and files.
