Remote US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote US IT Recruiter to join our team at Ajmera Infotech, a leading software research and development company. As a Remote US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent in specialized IT roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and hiring needs. Job Summary: This is a remote, night shift position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in niche hiring. You will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing and qualifying candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
