The role involves translating recruiting expertise into structured instructions, creating realistic tasks for recruiting workflows, and collaborating with domain experts to refine these processes. Responsibilities • Translate recruiting expertise into clear, structured instructions such as SOPs, rubrics, and evaluation criteria • Create realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day recruiting workflows and decision-making • Collaborate with other domain experts to refine and validate workflows for accuracy, clarity, and reproducibility • Work with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize recruiting workflows into agent-based systems • Identify opportunities where AI can augment or replicate expert recruiter judgment and processes Skills • Professional recruiter with strong hands-on experience in recruiting workflows • Ability to clearly explain complex recruiting processes in a structured, step-by-step manner • Strong written communication and documentation skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment • Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
