Here at Luna, the Patient Call Center Representative (better known as Onboarding Associate within our Concierge Team) will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physical therapists in Lunas network. Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
What you will do:
Manage the… registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients
Record Management Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, intake form, etc.)
Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers
Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads
You will be a good fit if you have:
Office Admin experience, 1 year required
Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Call/Contact center or other high call volume experience, 1 year preferred
Proficient with Google Suite
Highly detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work in the US without restriction
Open availability – MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY IF NEEDED!

Remote work from home options for those who reside 50+ miles from our Rocklin, CA or Nashville, TN offices, with continued satisfactory performance. (Please note, if you reside less than 50 miles from either Rocklin, CA or Nashville, TN, you will be required to complete 3+ months of in office training and will then be able to work a hybrid schedule with continued satisfactory performance)
$16 – $20 an hour
Hourly rate is dependent upon experience and location.
