Key Responsibilities Process and ensure timely payment of all bills and invoices, maintaining accuracy. Accurately record financial transactions within our accounting system. Manage payroll processing across multiple states, ensuring compliance and precision. Review and maintain financial records to guarantee completeness and accuracy. Identify and resolve discrepancies while generating clear financial reports. Collaborate closely with the finance team to support financial analysis and reporting initiatives. Required Skills Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable finance-focused position. Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in accounting software applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.). Exceptional attention to detail with a dedicated commitment to accuracy. Ability to operate independently while effectively managing deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding financial information. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
