As a Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our Real Estate Development team through various financial tasks that include site identification, leasing, and permitting of new advertising assets, as well as managing our existing real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Construct and maintain robust financial models to evaluate capital investments, lease renewals, transit bids, and acquisitions. • Business Case Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of business cases for capital investments and asset purchases. • Data-Driven Insights: Examine financial trends to identify opportunities for maximizing revenue and minimizing costs. • Performance Tracking: Analyze historical revenue and expense data to evaluate the profitability of our investments. • Presentation & Reporting: Aid in preparing insightful reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and the Board of Directors. • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects across the organization as required. Required Skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs. • Solid understanding of financial statements and data analysis. • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. • Exceptional writing skills, particularly for preparing business cases and reports. Qualifications • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling. • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis is essential.
