Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our team, focusing on budgeting and revenue modeling within the behavioral healthcare sector. Your expertise will significantly contribute to enhancing the financial health of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) participants through detailed financial analysis, comprehensive report preparation, and strategic recommendations for fund optimization. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth analyses of financial data, encompassing revenues, expenditures, cost forecasts, insurance details, and fiscal modeling. Develop and evaluate CCBHC Cost Reports, budgets, and associated documentation aligned with project requirements. Recognize financial enhancement opportunities, assist in establishing Payment Program Access (PPS) models, monitor variances, track trends, and provide actionable insights to management. Effectively communicate financial analyses to various stakeholders, including executive leadership and team members, ensuring clarity and comprehension across all levels. Required Skills Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and financial management principles, both in theory and practice. Demonstrated experience in auditing, billing compliance, and trend analysis, particularly within outpatient treatment facilities and behavioral health centers. Familiarity with CCBHCs, healthcare billing protocols, and revenue management in behavioral health contexts. Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities, enabling effective cooperation with executives and team members. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, including senior management and those without a financial background. Qualifications A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management or administration, with an emphasis on financial systems and management information. In-depth understanding of the behavioral health provider/government ecosystem, notably CCBHCs and FQHCs.
