Remote Experienced Tax Associate - Seasonal - 2+Yrs Required

About the position Responsibilities • Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation. • Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries. • Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers. • Document interactions to maintain accurate records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns. • Experience using commercial tax preparation software. • Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds. • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). • Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. • Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Nice-to-haves • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional manner.
