Job Overview: Under the guidance of our Outsourced Chief Financial Officer, you will provide expert accounting and financial management support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include processing payables, payroll, and receivables transactions, general accounting, and management support. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable transactions, including assigning account codes, general ledger transactions, and communicating with vendors Process cash receipts transactions, including tallying cash collections, preparing bank deposits, and entering receipts into our accounting system Process payroll, including timesheet collection, transmitting data to our payroll service, and preparing journal entries Prepare monthly grant/contract billing requests and perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations Prepare monthly invoices and provide support to our Chief Financial Officer for month-end closing activities Assist with preparation for our annual audit and work independently in a remote/virtual home-based environment Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum three years' experience working in the accounting field, with a focus on accounts payable, receivables, and payroll Experience with QuickBooks, MIP, and property management software such as Yardi (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word What We Offer: At Corporate F.A.C.T.S., we offer a competitive salary, a full range of employee benefits, and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.
