Are you eager to apply your creativity to shape scalable processes? We are seeking a Recruiter to join our journey towards revolutionizing the B2B supply chain digitally. Key Responsibilities Develop effective recruiting strategies and explore innovative methods to attract top-tier candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical corporate positions. Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes, conduct detailed phone screens, and present candidates to hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborate with all levels of management to meet staffing needs. Gather feedback from hiring managers to enhance satisfaction and refine staffing strategies. Coordinate the interview process and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams. Drive the offer process, including generating offers and facilitating candidate acceptance. Ensure a positive applicant experience throughout the recruitment journey. Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and execute with urgency, ownership, and accountability. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Passion for building high-performing teams and thriving in a collaborative or independent work environment. Educational background: Associate or Bachelor's degree (B.A.). Experience: 5 years in recruiting for various software engineering roles and in fast-paced startup environments.
