Product Manager - Safety Applied AI

Samsara , the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, is seeking an entrepreneurial and technically-minded Product Manager to elevate their Video-based Safety business. This high-ownership role focuses on launching new safety products utilizing IoT data to improve operations across industries like agriculture, construction, transportation, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will leverage AI/ML to detect risk and prevent accidents, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive growth and ensure customer success. Requirements 2+ years in a product management or product-oriented engineering role. Demonstrated experience and passion working on products that leverage AI/ML/CV. Strong technical background, ability to grasp technical concepts, and establish credibility with engineers. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action. Experience using LLMs/VLMs to enhance your own productivity and problem-solving approach. Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results. Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality product experiences on tight timelines and in line with business aspirations.
