Product Development Specialist

We’re looking for a Temporary Product Development Specialist who is passionate about skincare, experienced in end-to-end product creation, and has strong relationships with a network of manufacturers and labs. What You’ll Do: Lead the end-to-end product development process for new skincare launches — from ideation, formulation, and testing to packaging and production. Leverage your existing relationships with manufacturers, labs, and raw material suppliers to drive product development timelines forward. Own all aspects of project management — ensuring deadlines, budgets, and product specs are met. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, regulatory, and design teams to align on product positioning, compliance, and go-to-market plans. Stay on top of skincare trends, ingredient innovations, and consumer insights to inform product decisions. Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards across markets (FDA, EU, etc.). Requirements Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in product development within the skincare or beauty industry. Proven track record of bringing successful skincare products to market. Strong relationships with domestic and international manufacturers, labs, and suppliers. Deep knowledge of skincare formulation, ingredients, packaging, testing, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional organizational and project management skills — able to manage multiple products at once. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
