Principal Product Manager

As Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the future of platform integration between Follow Up Boss and Zillow. You’ll lead the evolution of our two-way sync into a seamless, deeply integrated experience, solving real platform challenges like reducing onboarding friction, improving data reliability, and streamlining agent identity. Requirements 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent, with a focus on platform, APIs, data systems, or complex integrations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver infrastructure or backend-driven initiatives that support customer-facing experiences. Strong systems thinker with a talent for simplifying and re-architecting complex workflows. Skilled at navigating technical tradeoffs with engineering and aligning them to product strategy. Analytical, curious, and comfortable working with data to form hypotheses and drive decisions. Excellent communicator, able to produce clear documentation, strategy briefs, and stakeholder updates. Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy and accountability. Experience with CRM platforms, lead routing systems, or tools for real estate agents is a plus.
