We’re looking for an exceptional People Talent leader to help us grow Fay. As the first person on this team, you will be instrumental in shaping, nurturing, and developing our dynamic and high-performing company. Your strategic vision will drive the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with Fay's ambitious growth goals. What you'll be doing: • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across the organization • Employee Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being • Compensation Benefits: Oversee compliance, payroll, and benefits administration Your skills experience: • 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a scaling tech startup environment • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams • Exceptional recruiting and people experience • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices • Adaptable problem solver • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment The best companies are made of the best people.
