Project Information Role Focus: Payroll Lead for Mexico Location Requirement: USA-based only Languages: Spanish and English (Bilingual required) ⸻ Job Description We are seeking a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in Mexican payroll legislation to lead the implementation of a complex payroll project. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of SAP PY (Payroll) for Mexico and demonstrated success managing full project lifecycles. ⸻ Must-Have Skills and Experience • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Payroll Lead or SAP PY Consultant with specialization in Mexico payroll • In-depth knowledge of Mexican legislation, payroll Rules and Schemas, and implementation standards • Ability to lead all phases of payroll implementation projects • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including associated tasks and transactions • Strong understanding of payroll-related integrations: timekeeping, benefits, tax filing/compliance, and third-party interfaces • Comfortable supporting both technical and functional escalations from team members or clients • Adept at client engagement and supporting payroll-related activities throughout the sales lifecycle • Experience answering payroll inquiries from internal teams and clients • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential payroll information professionally • Demonstrated skills in risk identification and mitigation • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Apply Job!
