Description: Ensure compliance with UK Building Safety Regulations, CDM & H&S Requirements. Assist with applications and coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure. Maintain and update building site fire regulations, safety reports, and drawings. Prepare and review health and safety paperwork in accordance with UK legislation. Issue documents and drawings to building sites for tender submission. Manage the issue of drawings and documents from external subcontractors. Act as a point of contact for all construction documentation control. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of UK Building Safety Regulations. Experience with building site fire regulations and safety reports. Proficiency in creating and managing safety reports and drawings. Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Have experience... with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams & Outlook.
