Online Recruiter / Interviewer

We’re hiring Online Recruiters / Interviewers to help us bring in new talent across multiple cities. This is a simple, remote position focused on posting job ads and conducting quick first-round phone interviews. What You’ll Do • Post job listings to multiple cities using our Indeed account • Review applicants and conduct Interview #1 over the phone • Follow our interview script and decide who moves forward • Schedule qualified candidates for a second interview with the hiring manager • Keep short notes on candidates you speak with Schedule & Pay • 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday • Fully remote • $100 per week (fixed weekly pay) What You Need • Clear communication and professionalism on the phone • Ability to stay organized and follow a simple hiring process • Reliable internet connection and a computer or smartphone • No recruiting experience required — we’ll train you Why This Role Works • Easy, predictable schedule • Light daily workload • All scripts and instructions provided • Opportunity to grow as we expand into more cities Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per week Expected hours: 10 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
